General Characteristics
GABION Galvanized Steel Wire Mesh Box is made up of galvanized steel wire braided to form a mesh. Hexagon with steel wire frame fixed in a rectangular box. In the middle there is a wall of wire mesh separating the length. and has a lid that opens for convenient packing of stones The wire mesh box must be new and have the dimensions specified in the design. The galvanized steel wire must be free from defects, cracks, and other disadvantages and must be of standard quality. Industrial products TIS 71 by forming wire mesh in accordance with industrial product standards. TIS 208
2. Unique Feature
GABION galvanized steel wire mesh boxes must have the following specifications:
2.1 GABION galvanized steel wire mesh box dimensions
Must have a standard size, shape , box size as specified in the form. by width and length The dimensions of the box are in meters. The size of the lattice is measured in centimeters. The height of the box is not less than 0.50 m and each box must consist of a wire mesh wall. Block every distance not more than 1 meter throughout the length of the box.
2.2 Size of the mesh
Galvanized steel wire shall be woven into a hexagon shape with a mesh size of 8 x 10 , 10 x 12 or 10 x 13 centimeters as specified in the design which depends on the stone used for packing (tolerance + - 1 centimeter) by twisting the galvanized steel wire into 3 strands
